EEDW Executive Leadership Team

The ELT comprises 3 key members of the EEDW team: Project Director, Early College High School Coordinator, and Higher Education Coordinator. With the project director as the lead, this team is primarily responsible for the successful implementation of the project.

Project Director

David Bowman serves as the project director for EEDW. He is responsible for overall implementation of the project, including vision, leadership, and supervision of all project staff. Additionally, David facilitates the project advisory team, manages contracts, collaborates with partners, and is responsible for all federal reporting.

David is the executive director of the Four Corners Regional Education Cooperative #1.

ECHS & HED Coordinator

Eric Arpelar serves as the EEDW ECHS & HED Coordinator. He is responsible for outreach to, collaboration with, and implementation in the state’s early college high schools. Eric will oversee efforts to collaborate with business and industry partners to engage their support for career pathway development and students’ experiential learning.He will endeavor to engage higher education partners in online course development and delivery, as well as student access to those courses. And finally, Eric will assist in facilitating post-graduation enrollment in higher education programs and will collaborate with the project administrator on students’ experiential learning opportunities and local support for successful course completion.
